As we all set our sites on our business goals, we are happy to announce one of our goals at NNRMLS – highlight all of the services and products that are available to you as part of your membership. To help us accomplish this goal, we’re launching a NEW Value of the MLS web page, highlighting services you can rely on while conducting business in real estate.
We think the most important part of our job is YOU!
That’s why we want to hear what you think the value of the MLS is! Please take part in our campaign by answering this brief survey (below). The estimated survey time is three to five minutes depending on how many comments you leave for us. To begin, use the scroll bar on the right side of the survey to scroll down and click OK. Thank you in advance for taking your time to take our survey!

While you’re running your real estate business, the MLS is always there! Does the following scenario sound familiar?
You wake up and check the MLS for new listings to show your clients. You’re confident the data is correct because you know the NNRMLS compliance team diligently polices the accuracy of its data.
Later in your day, you might show your client the home of their dreams. You’ll use the MLS to help you connect with the listing agent. Or, as the listing agent involved in the showing, you may get feedback sent directly to you via an NNRMLS system.
During the week you might meet a prospective seller and use MLS tools that can help you provide your client with accurate comparable data and a beautiful listing presentation.
As the weeks and months go by and as you’re nurturing your business, you come to depend on the ancillary products that the MLS provides like Cloud CMA, Lone Wolf’s TransactionDesk and Homesnap Pro.
On the marketing front, when you’re looking to increase your web presence, you might decide to work with a web developer to create your own real estate website. One of our services is providing the pristine data feed, known as IDX, to your developer to make that happen, allowing your clients and potential leads to search MLS listings from your personal site.
NNRMLS serves its Brokers by providing them tools to send their listing data to real estate websites, which creates the opportunity for consumers to easily find your listings, your open houses and your biographies. If you’re a broker click here to visit your Broker-Only Acess Page.
You can visit the new Value of the MLS web page here and explore the services and products that you’ve come to depend on to help you conduct your real estate business. NNRMLS is excited to provide this value to support our Members as the Trusted Source of Real Estate Expertise. We hope you enjoy this journey with us! We’ll be releasing periodic messaging to highlight the myriad aspects of the NNRMLS value.
