NNRMLS wants to thank the hundreds of members that participated in our all-member National Benchmarking and Performance Survey conducted in February! We would also like to send hearty congratulations to our three raffle prize winners!
NNRMLS, at the direction of its leadership and its Board of Trustees, hired national independent consulting firm T3 Sixty to conduct a National Benchmarking and Performance Survey for two weeks in February to determine how membership rates our performance but also how we stack up against MLSs across the country. NNRMLS will be sharing many of those results with you all soon.
For now, though, we would like to congratulate our three raffle prize winners! While everyone who took the survey was entered into the raffle, the three NNRMLS members mentioned below were the lucky winners.
Jeremiah Trapp, a REALTOR® and NNRMLS member since January 2020, and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate in Carson City, won the grand prize; an Oculus Quest 2 Virtual Reality headset! “I took the survey because I feel gathering information on how to better serve the community is important,” Trapp said. Enthusiastically happy to have won Trapp said “I’m looking forward to playing the Oculus with the kiddos.”
Kimberly Larkin-Ritter, a Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties in Reno and NNRMLS member of 15 years, won a set of wireless Galaxy earbuds. “I never win anything so it was awesome!” Larkin-Ritter said. “Believe it or not, I haven’t put them on yet.” Larkin-Riter said “being a team player” is what motivated her to take the survey.
Heidi Simonsen, a REALTOR® member with Chase International Damonte Ranch won a GrubHub food delivery gift card!
