For the May 2021 Launch Day we are bringing small User Interface, (UI), and User Experience, (UX), updates to the Paragon MLS system that we think will have a positive impact on the efficiency of your workflow.
Here is a summary of the changes to Paragon MLS for Launch Day May 2021:
Listing Input & Search Improvement:
We relocated the Under Contract-Show and Under Contract-No Show listing statuses lower in the status picklist for a more intuitive search and listing-input experience. To align with the transaction cycle we also shifted the position of the New and Price statuses in both search and listing input views.
Listing Input Improvement:
We have enabled listing Brokers to edit the “Listing Agent 2” and the “List Team” fields in Paragon’s Listing input. Previously this was a task only NNRMLS staff had permissions for but now any Broker can perform this function without authorization from NNRMLS.
When the default and saved searches are loaded in the search screens, the system will no longer display a count by default and will now display a light grey background until a change is made to the search or the user clicks the count button. This change is said to increase Paragon’s search performance.
We hope these changes help your everyday workflow within the Paragon MLS system.
