We are happy to assist you through a variety of means with any tech questions you have. Tech Chat is the newest way to contact a tech at NNRMLS.
Login to the Member Launchpad, launchpad.nnrmls.com, and click on the
red Tech Help button in MLS Services.
The Tech Help page opens — click the “Chat With Us” button at the bottom of the page to begin your session.
The chat window opens, welcomes you by name, and you can begin typing your question. One of our techs will be with you momentarily if you are contacting us during regular business hours.
If you don’t want to choose the chat feature, there are other ways to get in touch with us for tech help. When you click the green “Get Tech Help Now” button, a page opens that lists the different ways you can get help:
