Launch Day Release Header
At the beginning of every month, we bring new features to many of your important NNRMLS products, services or business tools. This month we give Brokers new listing-editing privileges in Paragon, announce the return of in-person Broker office visits and MLS classes, discontinue five old listing statuses, continue our monthly Homesnap webinar series and we showcase improvements to TransactionDesk. Broker Tools:

Brokers can now change the listing agent in Paragon MLS
On July 6 our team enabled all brokers accounts to be able to change the listing agent in a listing in Paragon MLS. Previously only MLS staff were enabled to make such a change. Click here to watch a how-to video.


Discontinuation of Old Statuses
For the July Launch Day we finalized the discontinuation of the four Active-Pending statuses and the Pending-No Show status. You might remember that we replaced those five statuses with two, easier-to-understand statuses: Under Contract-Show and Under Contract-No Show. Read more about that here.
As of July 6 we converted all existing Active-Pending statuses to Under Contract-Show and all existing Pending-No Show statuses to Under Contract-No Show. We individually notified the brokers and agents who had listings in these statuses so that they would be made aware of the change ahead of time. We completed this task in order to maintain a more accurate MLS database and to finalize the change from those legacy statuses to the new Under Contract statuses.
How does this affect you? As of July 6 there were no more listings in Active-Pending or Pending-No Show statuses. However, those statuses will still appear in historical data. Here’s an example; if a listing was in an Active-Pending or Pending-No Show status during its life cycle that information will show in the listing history. Remember, NNRMLS now has an Listing Status Page, which is the official source of listing status definitions.

In-Person Training
Broker Office Visits: Brokers can now book in-person MLS office visits for their business meetings or a full class. During the pandemic we continued Broker office visits but limited them to a virtual format. Brokers or Broker Staff click here to schedule a custom office visit!
In-Person Classes: NNRMLS will re-introduce in-person training in July and our team will release a class schedule soon. Highlights will include classes focusing on MLS tools and software held at your local REALTOR® Association and at the MLS office. Watch for emails about the latest class offerings from MLS later this month!


We streamlined the MLS Documents section in Paragon in order to make that resource more useful and relevant for our members.
What changed? We renamed folders, updated outdated forms, and deleted older documents. MLS Documents appears as a link in the upper-right corner of the Paragon MLS page online.


TransactionDesk Updates:
Variable Clauses:
You can now add “Variable Clauses” to Form Templates because we’ve enhanced the way variable clauses are saved in templates.
Now, when variable clauses are added to form templates, they will be saved as variables and can be updated later when details are known. When adding a variable clause to a template, the date/time will display as a placeholder.
Email Upload:
Email Upload now populates the subject line with the transaction name.
