As part of NNRMLS’s June 2021 Launch Day three NNRMLS Listing Input Forms and the NNRMLS Status Change Form have been updated to reflect the current year-long suspension of the Coming Soon listing status that began in May this year. The Status Change Form also has a minor addition to make your workflow easier. This is the second update to NNRMLS forms in 2021. Click here, or the image above, to check out our 2021 NNRMLS Forms Guide to see all the changes to the Listing Input Forms and Status Change Form.

Why Did NNRMLS Change Its Forms?
NNRMLS is dedicated to building on the fundamental MLS principles of Cooperation to create an efficient and successful marketplace for our Members and their Clients and to that end our form library must support this mission. How? Here are some examples:

    • We removed extraneous references to the Coming Soon listing status from the Residential, Vacant Land, Multi-Family Input Forms and from the Status Change Form to reflect the reality of that status being suspended for 12 months.
    • We removed the Available for Showing Date from the Residential, Vacant Land, Multi-Family Input Forms and the Status Change Form, because this date field only referenced Coming Soon and that status is currently suspended.
    • We added “VA” back into the Status Change Form. This selection had been inadvertently removed during a previous form revision.

Our team believes that the work we have done with these forms bolsters our mission, mentioned above, and to that end will enhance our Members’ experience when they are listing property.

Will this form change affect my Templates in TransactionDesk?
No. Our team has determined that this form change will not affect templates in TransactionDesk. However, our team recommends that those using templates in TransactionDesk periodically review them for old forms. Click here for more information.
