Great News: NNRMLS now offers tech support seven days a week, including Saturday and Sunday!

Led by the effort of our executive and IT teams the Northern Nevada Regional Multiple Listing Service is now offering weekend tech support, which brings our local tech support offerings to seven days a week!

Why offer support on weekends?

For many years NNRMLS had offered its skilled and high-touch tech support Monday through Friday. But we heard from our members and leadership that these hours fell short since many of our members are also conducting business on Saturday and Sunday. It was because of this obvious need that our CEO George Pickard led the effort with our IT Team to add more resources to our tech team to staff the phones and support emails on Saturdays and Sundays.

When can I access MLS tech support?

Locally staffed MLS tech support is now available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 5 pm.

How do I access MLS tech support?

The easiest way to request tech support is through email. Simply email support@nnrmls.com and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Can I schedule in-person tech support?

Yes, in-person tech support is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Thursdays from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 5 pm.  While we offer phone and email support on Saturday and Sunday, we are not able to offer an in-person component at this time. IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION: Because of the ongoing pandemic and a recent surge in the Delta variant of the coronavirus we will observe all State of Nevada and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regulations regarding public health and safety. We will also require our members who come for in-person support to follow those same guidelines.
