Membership Eligibility
Membership in the Northern Nevada Regional MLS is open to real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers who are licensed in Nevada or California. We offer two types of membership: Shareholder membership, for members of SNR (Sierra Nevada REALTORS®)—our shareholder association, and MLS-Only membership, open to licensees who do not hold membership with SNR.
Key Difference Between Membership Types
Both Shareholder members and MLS-Only members receive full access to all of NNRMLS’ Benefits; however, benefits provided by SNR are not provided to MLS-Only members. A key example is the SNR Forms Library. While NNRMLS facilitates the Forms program TransactionDesk to all members, only our Shareholder members are able to access the SNR Forms Library within that program.

How To Join
As a Shareholder Member:
Members of Sierra Nevada REALTORS® are eligible for Shareholder Membership with NNRMLS.
SNR REALTORS® can sign up for NNRMLS membership directly through the local association.
Membership with SNR is required for access to the SNR REALTOR® Forms library, and the SNR Member-benefit FOREWARN (Identity Verification/REALTOR® Safety App).

As a MLS-Only Member:
REALTORS® and eligible licensees who do not hold membership with our shareholder association Sierra Nevada REALTORS® can join NNRMLS as MLS-Only members.
This type of membership includes all MLS benefits with two exceptions.
- The SNR Forms library, which is provided to SNR members within the TransactionDesk platform, is not available to MLS-Only members.
- RPR (Realtor Property Resource) is only available to SNR members and MLS-Only REALTOR® members.
