If you need to remove extra contacts from a signature line in an Instanet form, as in the following example where there is a duplicate contact, please refer to these simple instructions:
From the Transaction Details Page, go to the transaction that you are working with:
Look for any duplicates and select the ones you wish to delete:
On the right side of the page, from the “I would like to” tab, choose “Delete Transaction Contacts”, then click the arrow pointing to the right.
When the extra contact has been removed, the form will automatically reflect the change — no more duplicate names:
