Out with clients and want to know what’s for sale around you? You can search the MLS from your phone with a swipe and a tap!
Open Homesnap Pro with the tap of your finger and tap the Homes map pin icon at the bottom of the page:
Active listings are shown by default and indicated by the green map pins. Your location will be shown with the blue dot. You can drag your finger on the phone screen to swipe to the area of town you want to look for listings in. To see listing pictures and details you can either tap on the map pins or the pancake menu (three horizontal lines and dots). This will show the primary listing photo, status and list price of each property on the map:
To see full MLS listing details click the listing photo. To make the listing photos on the lower-half of the phone screen disappear simply tap anywhere on the map!
Bonus Pro Tip: When the listing photos on the lower-half of the phone screen appear on the map view, by default they are shown by list date, newest first, in the app. So the new ones are already at the top. You can also filter your search by date and see listings from today, the past week, or the past month, or filter by any of these property types:
- Lot and land
- Manufactured and mobile
You can also filter by Beds, Baths, Price, and Status, all of which we’ll cover in future Homesnap Pro Tips.
