Important Reminder about the National Association of REALTORS® Clear Cooperation Policy: All publicly marketed listings must be entered into the MLS system.

Did you know that NAR mandates all publicly marketed listings be entered into MLS? This is a friendly reminder from our Compliance Department to make sure all NNRMLS Members are aware that the National Association of REALTORS® requires you to enter your listing into the Paragon MLS database if your listing is publicly marketed. Yes, public marketing includes, but is not limited to, flyers displayed in windows, yard signs, digital marketing on public facing websites, brokerage website displays (including IDX and VOW), digital communications marketing (email blasts), multi-brokerage listing sharing networks, and applications available to the general public and social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram.
