Are you trying to email a group of listings from Paragon and only one listing gets sent? This article will help you fix it temporarily, or permanently, if you like.
To fix temporarily:
Change the radio button from Attachment (HTML) to Hyperlink:

(You’ll notice that the spreadsheet disappears out of the Selected Reports box because you cannot send a spreadsheet as a hyperlink, only as an attachment).
Now you can select from the available reports in the middle column that you would like to send. Click Add to add it to the Selected Reports box on the right. After completing these steps, click the Email button in the upper right to send the selected reports. (This is the workflow you’re likely used to)
To fix permanently:
What if you don’t want to remember to switch the radio button from attachment to hyperlink? Read on for the permanent fix:
The permanent fix is to set the Default Manual Email Report. Here’s how — on the Paragon home screen go to Preferences:
Under Preferences select System:
On the left of your screen select Result Options under System Preferences
Under Result Options select the report from the Default Manual Email Report (You can pick any report you want — you’re not limited to the one shown in this example)
Now click the Save button in the light blue toolbar:
That’s it — you’ve changed your email preferences in Paragon. Every time you go to email a listing or a group of listings your default report will already be selected and that pesky attachment button will not be checked.
Want a different report? You can pick any report you want from the Available Reports box, in addition, or instead of, your default report.
