Why Do I Need to Archive My Transactions?
If you leave your current brokerage, all your transactions will stay with your former broker and be automatically transferred out of your Instanet account. Creating and saving an archive of each and every transaction as soon as it closes is an important best practice for every real estate agent!
You can archive your Instanet transactions in one easily downloadable PDF document! The archive will include details about the listing, contact information and all signed documents. It’s easy to do!
Let’s Get Started
Log into the Launchpad (https://launchpad.nnrmls.com) and click the Instanet button. In Instanet, find your transactions by either using the Transactions widget on the Agent Dashboard or click on the House in the left toolbar to access the full list of transactions:
When you’re in a transaction you want to archive, click on the three stacked dots in the upper-right corner:
To find the new archive, click on the three stacked dots and click Archive again:
You will then be able to save your archive to your computer or another device by clicking on the blue Download Archive link. A multi-page pdf will be produced that contains transaction details, contact information, and documents. Be sure to check your download folder:
