NNRMLS Clear Cooperation FAQ

NNRMLS will be implementing the National Association of REALTORS® mandated Clear Cooperation Policy on Tuesday, April 28th, 2020. We’ve received many questions from members about how NNRMLS will implement NAR’s policy, also known as MLS Statement 8.0. We’ve collected, organized and answered many of those inquiries in our new NNRMLS Clear Cooperation FAQ.  Click here to read this document. For convenience, the NNRMLS FAQ also includes the frequently asked questions about the 8.0 policy from NAR’s Clear Cooperation webpage.
As we get fresh questions during phone conversations and training, we’ll continue to update this document. You can always find the most up-to-date version linked to our Clear Cooperation page here: https://members.nnrmls.com/clear-cooperation/. If you would like to give feedback on the NAR-mandated Clear Cooperation Policy, please email your comments to ClearCoopFeedback@nnrmls.com. We will review these comments as we receive them. Please allow two to three business days for a response.

Further changes to the input forms will carry some significant changes beyond the Clear Cooperation implementation. See below for those changes. read more…
