The Supra System makes it easy for showing agents to access properties and for listing agents to track activity at client properties. The latest Supra keybox, iBox™ BT LE, adds Bluetooth® Low Energy technology, and communicates with newer smartphones without any additional hardware. A data record is created when a lockbox is opened, and the eKEY™ application on the smartphone immediately transmits that information to the Supra database so real estate agents can obtain real-time information about showings. Client questions can be answered quickly, and feedback from showing agents can be gathered while information is fresh in the showing agent's and client's minds.

My ActiveKEY is expired and I have no signal. How can I update my key?
To get an update for your key, you have 3 options:
  • You may call the Kim Voice system at 888.968.4032 to obtain an update code.
  • Log into the Kim Web system to obtain an update code.
  • Stop by your REALTOR® association to eSync your key.
My eKey device was reloaded and now I do not have my eKey icons. How do I get the software to load my eKey?
  • Download the application from the . Once logged in, select "Download Applications" from the sidebar.
  • Download the application directly to your device by going to from your mobile device.
  • Call your REALTOR® association for an appointment to reload your eKey software.

My eKEY says that it is not authorized. How do I generate an authorization code?
You may generate an authorization code from the Kim Website or you may contact your REALTOR® Association for the code.
