Your bill is due on the first of every month.
It is the policy of NNRMLS that if you do not pay your past due amount by the 45th day (15th of the following month) your account with us is suspended. There is a $50 reactivation fee that must be paid before you are reactivated.
If you feel that there were unavoidable circumstances for being late, you can write a letter to request a fee waiver (faxed or emailed to the NNRMLS office). If the Administrative
Review Panel votes in your favor, the fee will be credited back to your account. Until that time, the fee must be paid in order to reactivate your account.
