Q

My ActiveKEY is expired and I have no signal. How can I update my key?

A

To get an update for you key, you have three options.
1. You may call the Kim Voice system at (888) 968-4032 to obtain an update code.
2. Log into the Kim Web system to obtain an update code.
3. Stop by your REALTOR® association to eSync your key.


Q

My e-key device was reloaded and now I do not have my eKey icons. How do I get the software to load my eKey?

A

You have two options to reload your eKey software:
1. You can download the applications from the Kim Website. Once logged in, select Download Applications from the side bar.
2. You can download the applictions directly to your device by going to www.ekeymobile.com from your mobile device (not recommended if you have a limited data plan from your cellular provider).
3. You can call your REALTOR® Association for an appointment to reload your eKey software.


Q

My eKEY says that it is not authorized. How do I generate an authorization code?

A

You may generate an authorization code from the Kim Website or you may contact your REALTOR® Association for the code.
