You have a problem with the Java settings on your computer. Run the Paragon System Setup Utility. If that doesn't work, see our guide for configuring Java software on your computer

My single page reports are printing on two pages. How do I change my margins?

Try running the Paragon System Setup Utility. This will fix your margins and anything else that may be wrong with your computer setup. You can also see our document on custom Page Setup. Just click Here.
