MLS Orientation gives new Members a brief introduction to the MLS with a focus on Rules, Regulations and Policies. Particular attention is given to the citation policy, hearing process, value of MLS, protecting access and allowable use of MLS content. There is also an introduction to the Member Launchpad and brief overview of the products and services of NNRMLS.

If MLS 101 is not attended within the first 30 days of joining, you will be suspended and a $50 reactivation fee is charged.

Click on the Bill Pay button on the Launchpad dashboard -- you are already logged in and can proceed to make a payment.

In Our Office:

You are always welcome to stop by our office to pay your bill.

Our hours are:
Mon - Wed 8am-5pm
Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday 8am-5pm

Your bill is due on the first of every month.
It is the policy of NNRMLS that if you do not pay your past due amount by the 45th day (15th of the following month) your account with us is suspended. There is a
$50 reactivation fee that must be paid before you are reactivated.

If you feel that there were unavoidable circumstances for being late, you can write a letter to request a fee waiver (faxed or emailed to the NNRMLS office). If the Administrative Review Panel votes in your favor, the fee will be credited back to your account. Until that time, the fee must be paid in order to reactivate your account.
