is proud to offer 3 fast paced and informative hours of lecture
style learning. We will cover our rules and regulations, service
fee system, billing policies, lock box system and introduce
you to some of the excellent member services available to
you through your membership. Plus we will give you some exposure
to the MLS computer system, Paragon. Further MLSU courses
are offered in our state-of-the-art computer lab for hands
on training toward mastery of the intricacies of Paragon.

MLS 201

Basic Paragon
|

This hands-on
class gives you the basic skills needed for everyday work
in the MLS. Starting with computer setup, we will show you
how to get your home or office ready for full use of the Paragon
Online MLS system. You will get an overview of each part of
Paragon, and a brief tutorial on some of the most common user
preferences. You will learn how to search by building and
customizing the search parameters.
There are no prerequisites for this
class.
This class is a prerequisite for other
Paragon classes.

|
Customizing
|
|
|
Almost every
field on a listing form is searchable - attend this session
to learn how to expand your searching capabilities. From custom
spreadsheets to open house flyers, learn about the countless
report options that can be tailored to meet your clients'
needs.
Prerequisites
Attendance in MLS 201 is mandatory.

Listing Input

Learn all
aspects of entering a listing into the Paragon system. We
will inform you what each field is for and how to format each
entry. Increase your knowledge and awareness of the requirements
to avoid citations. Learn how to add photos to your listings
and maintain it once it has been entered.

MLS 301
|
Contact Management I
|
|
|
Learn how
to use one of Paragon's most popular features. With minimal
setup, you can have Paragon help manage your client list.
Paragon will even setup automatic notifications to your clients
based on a set of criteria specified by you.
Prerequisites
Attendance in MLS 201 is mandatory
and MLS 202 is extremely helpful. Attendees must be able to
understand the property search and get expected results. Attendees
will also need a basic knowledge of sending e-mail.

MLS 302

Contact Management II
|
|
|
Take contact
management to the next level. Learn how to organize your contact
list and even print mailing labels. Also, learn how to use
the Reverse Prospecting feature to find the right buyer for
your listing.
Prerequisites
Attendance in MLS 201 and MLS 302 is mandatory and MLS 202
is extremely helpful. Attendees must be able to understand
the property search and get expected results. Attendees will
also need a basic knowledge of sending e-mail.

CMA Presentation
|
|

Stand apart!
Learn one of Paragon's most advanced features. Paragon's CMA
package includes cover letters, agent resume, multiple formats
for comparable reports, graphs, and the ability to add a subject
property.
Prerequisites
Attendance in MLS 201 and MLS 202
classes is mandatory. Attendance in MLS 301 and 302 is recommended.

Mapping
|
|
|
Paragon Online
comes packed with Microsoft Virtual Earth mapping.
Using Virtual Earth, learn how to search for listings,
provide mapping information to your clients and even get driving
directions for a tour. GeoJet e-mapping is a public records and parcel
mapping program that can be accessed right from Paragon Online. Learn how to search for comparables form the
MLS and public records using this innovated mapping tool.
